4-Leaf Clover Designs accepts payments through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal). Personal checks and money orders are also welcome. Items will not be shipped until a personal check clears.
Cancellation of order must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Unless otherwise indicated in product description, orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS standard mail. Please notify me if you would like your items shipped priority mail. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to six (6) weeks.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
Custom Orders:
Most anything can be made with your colors, etc. Please contact me if you need something specific or if you have any questions. Payment for custom orders must be received and cleared by the bank before item will be created.
After your instructions, I will create your item, staying in constant contact with you regarding details. Item(s) will not be shipped out until you approve the item.
If a custom ordered item is not satisfactory to you, it may be exchanged for shop credit within thirty (30) days.
